Hey bro I can totally understand your dilemma and one thing i'm thinking about doing is picking up the guitar. I don't wanna be a beast on it but I think learning a few notes and chords could help greatly. Maybe make that my own thing. My own style. Anyways hope that maybes helps with ideas for you or something. Idk if you know piano at all but learning new chords can also help.
